PLEASE NOTE: Lemongrass Tours pays its suppliers in US dollars. We price our tours in US dollars because we feel this is fairer to you. This way, you pay the exchange rate of the actual day rather than a Canadian price set to cover possible decreases in the Canadian dollar.

• Health and Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance

• Any expenses of a personal nature (laundry, phone calls, etc.)
• Optional side trips
• Camera/video entrance fees
• Visa needed to visit Vietnam (We can also help you with this.)
Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD per person is required to secure space. The balance of the payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
Travel Insurance
To protect against cancellation charges, we highly recommend the purchase of adequate Health and Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance. This must be purchased at the time of initial deposit.
