We have travelled for years but our trip to Vietnam with Lemongrass Tours was our first organized tour. I admit we were a bit apprehensive but it was totally wonderful. Nora and Andrea are very knowledgeable and we experienced Vietnam in a way we could never have done on our own. They introduced us to superb new foods, and although every day was full of activities we never felt rushed. The trip was a terrific mix of history, shopping, cultural performances, amazing scenery, and laughter. We've already booked a return trip with them next March and we can hardly wait!

"It was wonderful to experience Vietnam with people who know the country intimately but who have planned the tour with a North American sensibility. Afterall, we need our creature comforts!"

"Lemongrass Tours outdid themselves. Diep, their national guide, is a Vietnam national treasure. Annie and Nora are the ideal blend of facts, hands-on know-how, cultural savvy, enthusiasm, beyond-the-call-of-duty shopping, tireless in their attention to details, flexibility, adaptability and individual traveler pampering. Whatever you want, they do everything to deliver."
Judy Cullen, of Guelph, Ontario and Ocean Ridge, FL
"Traveling through Vietnam with Diep, Nora and Annie was wonderful. They are easygoing and open to suggestions. The two cooking classes were well planned and very educational. They enhanced our enjoyment and increased our knowledge of the food we ate, and ate, and ate. We are already itching to head back to Hanoi."
Rakesh and Archna Anands of Kinston, N.C. and Vancouver, British Columbia
"How can you not be smitten by a country whose national food is chicken noodle soup? Seriously, the restaurants are wonderful, the fusion of French and Vietnamese talents creating countless surprises and shoppers have a field day buying lacquer ware, silk goods, paintings, porcelain, arts and crafts."
Arlene Perly Rae, of Toronto, Ontario
"Vietnam is a lovely country to visit with beautiful, friendly people and fascinating history – both ancient and modern, We ate delicious food at a host of restaurants without once having to wrestle with a menu. We could never have found these places by ourselves and together with the market visits and cooking classes they added a whole other dimension to the trip"
