Early reservations are recommended as all services are on a first come, first serve basis. A non-refundable deposit of $500 USD per person is required at the time of booking to confirm your request for any departure. Full and final payment is required no later than 60 days prior to first service being provided.
Please make cheques payable to Vision 2000 Travel Group. Credit card payments are also accepted. The cardholder’s signature authorizing payment and amount must be submitted to Lemongrass Tours prior to any documentation being released.

Cancellations: More than 60 days prior to departure, full refund less the $500 USD non-refundable deposit per person.
59 to 45 days prior to departure, 20% non refundable per person.
44 to 30 days prior to departure, 40% non refundable per person.
29 to 15 days prior to departure, 60% non refundable per person.*
14 days prior to departure, 100% non refundable per person.
*Plus any unrecoverable deposits paid to airlines and suppliers.
Refunds: No refunds will be made for any unused portion of a trip.
It is the traveller's responsibility to be in possession of a passport that will be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the conclusion of the journey. Tour participants must also ensure that they comply with all visa and health requirements of countries they intend to visit. Any inoculations required must be recorded on a valid inoculation certificate and in your possession for inspection at customs/immigration if requested.
To protect yourself against cancellation charges, we highly recommend the purchase of adequate Cancellation/Trip Interruption, Health or Comprehensive insurance. This must be purchased at time of initial deposit. If you have coverage through your credit card company, it is important to confirm whether or not they cover cancellation penalties.
Documentation will be sent once full payment and credit card authorization, if applicable, are received by Lemongrass Tours. The documents will contain a tour itinerary, airline tickets if applicable and destination information.
Any "customized" tour, pre- or post-tour add-on is subject to the same terms and conditions listed above.
Prices are subject to change without notice. If the price change is more than 7% of the total price for the travel services (except for a price change that is a result of government taxation), you are entitled to cancel if you wish, with full refund. You must notify us of your intention within 48 hours after notification or, if the change is a last minute change, within 24 hours of notification.
Please note that living standards and practices as well as standards and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, sanitary services, the grading of accommodation and dress may differ from Canadian standards. Your understanding is appreciated.
Because this is a culinary tour, food allergies are important to know about. Also any medical conditions that could affect your ability to participate in the tour itinerary. All participants are therefore required to complete a health form.
Lemongrass Tours, Vision 2000 Travel Group and its suppliers reserve the right to accept or decline any tour member should it be determined that the participant's health, mental or emotional condition or physical needs could interfere with the smooth operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of the other tour members.
Lemongrass Tours has attempted to make this site accurate. However, changes might occur for reasons beyond the control of Lemongrass Tours. In addition, the right is reserved to substitute hotels or change the itinerary when necessary, provided the travel facilities or other services are of at least the same standard or value.
Lemongrass Tours shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment of any nature or kind whatsoever, resulting from events beyond our or a supplier's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods or acts of restraints imposed by government authorities.
Lemongrass Tours and Vision 2000, the operators, its agents, and/or suppliers of services act only as agents for the traveller and accept no responsibility for services of any hotel, aircraft, vessel, train, motor coach or any other conveyance used in connection with these tours; nor any delays, loss or accident to travellers or baggage occasioned by such services, from whatsoever cause. In the event it becomes necessary due to changes by supplier's airlines, or for the comfort or well being of passengers, or for any other reason, to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operator. The extra cost, if any, resulting therefore, shall be paid by the tour members. Conversely, refunds will be made to passengers if any savings are effected thereby. The right is reserved to cancel any tour and to decline to accept any person as a member of the tour, at any time. The payment for reservation on a Lemongrass Tours group departure tour or a customized itinerary shall constitute consent to all provisions in the terms & conditions list published herein.
The airline[s] concerned is not to be held responsible for any act, omissions or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft. The passenger tickets in use by the airline, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and the passenger.
